- Staffing Solution offers mainly offers : Psychometric Testing, Getting the Human Resource function outsourced to us, thus taking off the burden from you to manage day to day Human Resource activities. We are also in the process of getting Administrative Services added to our profile with which we will e right resource from the market within the given budget and within the given time frame. This saves you from the hassle of advertising for the right candidate, getting hundreds of profiles, short listing them, doing initial screening, checking their background, interviewing them and then short listing to finalize the right candidate.
- Training Workshops are something more than training. So, when the attendees attend our workshops, they learn through very interactive sessions and actually come out grasping most of the content of the course to remember and practice it long, rather than just sitting, listening and coming back from the class, forgetting the learnt material the very next day or next week. This is what normally happens in many institutes.
Terms and Conditions: We reserve the rights to admission. The dates of the programmes can be postponed, due to any unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation of seat from customer is possible only 1 week before the event date and that has to be through an official email to info@radiant-intl-consultants.com. There will be no refund in case of cancellation from customer, the fees will be adjusted in customers attendance in the next future programme on same topic or another topic. Any customer missing the programme date, will be charged full seat.
